About our Probate Valuation Services

Probate Valuation Direct are valuation specialists. We carry out valuations for insurance and probate purposes at all levels, for the public, legal professionals, and anyone acting as an executor. Normal valuations are detailed and provided on headed paper. For the higher valuations we provide a full and comprehensive inventory of possessions compiled and collated in a bound document. All inventories are supplied with photographic prints or digital images.

Clifford Lansberry (MRICS) - Senior Valuer

Clifford is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and visits our clients throughout Southern England, undertaking valuation work for insurance, probate and current market value purposes with a particular interest in fine art. Clifford specialises in pictures, jewellery, and period furniture.

Jeff Avery - Valuer and Administrator

Jeff Avery has over 20 years of probate valuation experience and has a wide range of general knowledge, with a particular interest in jewellery, furniture and 20th century collectables.

He has good all round knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the complex area of probate and taxation law and his specialist knowledge is invaluable in providing suitable documentation which satisfies the requirements of the Inland Revenue.
